Soul Food Christian Community exists to serve the local community and provide a place of authentic community and the opportunity to encounter Jesus Christ as revealed in the Bible.

We welcome all people, of all ages and walks of life, no matter where you are at in your journey. We seek to be a place where all people that come are accepted and valued and can find a place of belonging and inclusion.
This Christian community looks different to conventional church. We meet in the safe space of the café, have a strong focus on relationships and connection, and provide mutual care and support to one another as we learn about Jesus together and seek to express Jesus teachings in our everyday lives.
Many of our Christian community have strong connections with our café either through employment or in a voluntary capacity, as customers or through involvement in the Community Meals Program. The Christian Community is lead by a team of leaders who utilise their gifts and abilities in different ways to serve the community.
We are a member church of the Baptist Churches of South Australia.
